This package includes:

Backdrop of your choice
Custom lighting
Eight round tablecloths with your choice of colored runner
Tablecloth and colored runner for the gift table
Tablecloth and colored runner for refreshments
Tablecloth with tulle and lights for the cake table
Eight centerpieces for guest tables (on-hand selection)
Entryway shepherd hooks with lanterns or small mason jars and sashes
Delivery, setup, and takedown (some locations require an additional fee)

Grand Backdrop Package – $1,699

If you are looking to decorate your cultural hall from top to bottom with no hassle or worry, our Grand Backdrop Package is perfect for you! Without you lifting a finger, our team will turn your cultural hall into a beautiful and unique venue for your special day!

This package includes:

Wall draperies
Ceiling canopy (six panels with fully lit ceiling)
Eight round guest tables (including custom centerpieces)
Eighty white pad chairs (including colored sashes)
Sign in or guest book table
Cake table with tulle and lights
Banquet table for gifts (including birdcage for cards)
Two banquet tables for refreshments
Base table linen (any color)
Backdrop of your choice

Our Wall Draping and Ceiling Deluxe Package allows us to hide the walls, basketball hoops, and accordion doors in your cultural hall. We will fully drape and backlight your space to create elegance, giving you the opportunity to decorate as you have imagined!

This package includes:

Wall draperies
