  • We service the whole Wasatch Front and surrounding areas. We have been in business since 2007 and have decorated over 2,000 wedding receptions and events! We love helping families have a wonderful experience by providing stress-free service that is unique to each occasion.

We are always willing to work with your ideas and visions; after all, it is your wedding and it should be 100% your way!

  • We like to start with a free consultation to hear your wish list and go over all possible options. From here, we book your date and schedule a planning meeting where we come to your location and determine the layout of your custom event. After we have all the details down on paper, we plan and schedule a crew to set up for your special occasion. A few days before your date, we will call to ensure that all details are correct, and make any necessary changes.

  • A typical set up takes anywhere from 3–5 hours, depending on your package and location. We build our wall drapery system and hang the ceiling canopy, finishing by filling in with your backdrop, tables, chairs, and other package items. Attention to detail is extremely important to us, and we treat each event as if it is our own! We believe that lighting is key in creating a romantic ambiance, and take pride in making this priority in our work.

  • Our table linens are ironed and steamed on location, centerpieces are assembled, and each chair is treated to a hand-tied sash. Our linens cover to the floor and no table legs are ever visible from any angle. Our white padded resin chairs are both durable and attractive. We also provide counter height book and photo tables so your guests don’t have to strain their back to sign! Tabletop lamps provide soft light over your refreshments, and all exterior/nonguest tables will be glowing from underneath.

  • When you walk into your reception, it will be ready for your enjoyment; completely covered and decorated with your lighting already set—just bring your food, cake, and flowers to complete your celebration! We plan on returning to clean up about thirty minutes after your scheduled end time, this way your guests won’t feel rushed to leave. We will put everything away, and the gym will look as it did when we arrived. Sweeping and mopping services are available, please ask for pricing. We usually take 2–3 hours to be completely packed up and will turn off all lights and lock the building for you.
